About Tatjana
Tatjana is a specialist in the conservation and restoration of art on paper, with over 16 years of professional experience. She trained and worked for more than a decade at a leading private paper conservation studio in London. Tatjana has worked on numerous challenging treatments of artworks for private galleries, individual collectors, museums and institutions.
Tatjana’s studio is based in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, UK. Her practice is committed to ethical conservation principles, while delivering high-quality restoration services.
Tatjana holds two First-Class Honours degrees in Applied Arts (M.K. Glebov College of Art, Minsk, Belarus) and Fine Art, Time-Based Media and Printing (University of the Arts London, UK).
During her studies she held particular focus on painting, drawing and printing techniques. This has laid a solid foundation for her in-depth interest and expertise in the specialised area of pigment treatments and reconstruction of vast media losses.
Tatjana has been a member of the Institute of Conservation (ICON) since 2014 and is continuing her professional development through the Accreditation Pathway of this professional body for conservation and cultural heritage in UK.
